RETURNS: I Am Queen Couture values our customers and therefore if you are not 100% satisfied with any of our clothing items you are welcome to return the item(s) within 3 days of receipt from postal service for Store Credit Only. ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS NOR EXCHANGES ON SHOES, SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, or Items posted with no returns accepted. (Please make sure you know the correct size before purchasing). Please note returns may take up to 30 days to process.

Please Note:: If you RECEIVE a defective/damaged item. We will ONLY exchange the item for the same item and size.

1) The item MUST be returned in the same condition that it was sent

2) Therefore ALL tags must be remained intact

3) NO odors, stains or appearance that the item has been used

4) Original Postage is NON Refundable

5) Return Postage is of responsibility of the BUYER

6) Proof of return posting MUST be obtained. That return tracking number is confirmation of when the return was received to us.

7) The item must be returned within THREE BUSINESS DAYS of delivery

8) Please allow up to 30 Days for Return & Store Credit to be processed.
