Do you accept exchanges or returns?
APPAREL: You may return items within 3 days of receiving them for Store Credit only. Please mail to 1314 N Military Tr. West Palm Bch, FL 33409. If item is received damaged you will be eligible for replacement of same item same size only.
CUSTOM APPAREL, SHOES, ACCESSORIES AND FRAMES: All sales are final on Custom Apparel, Shoes, Accessories and Frames. If unsure about sizes, please contact customer service or email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire about specific sizing. NO REFUNDS/EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN.
How long is shipping?
Once payment is received, orders are processed quickly standard shipping times are 3-5 business days and Express Shipping 1-2 Business days, Custom Apparel and Custom Frames may take up to 7-10 days for delivery. All orders are shipped priority mail, and once your order has been shipped you will be notified via email along with your tracking information.
Do you ship worldwide?
We offer international shipping. Select your country and the shipping rate will be displayed. Please allow up to 5-15 business days for delivery. Once your items have been shipped you will be notified via email. If, in the rare case your item is not received please contact us at email@example.com
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. All payments are processed through the PayPal system and credit card information is never revealed. If you do not have a PayPal account, you can still buy just click on the link "Don't have a PayPal account" and it will allow you to pay with any card you choose!
